Default 1995 accord ex low idle?

My 95 accord has a low idle it will idle 200 to 600 at its highest! I had the idle air control valve cleaned and it still has this low idle. What should I do?

Should I raise the idle?

check air filter? air intake leaks? throttle body valve is clean?

there's also a way to access if there are trouble codes for that vehicle using a paperclip to jump a blue plug & read the flashing check engine light for the numbers... should be underneath the glovebox area

Clean your IAVC and check your TPS voltage. It should be at .5v at closed throttle and 4.5v at WOT
