Default Why does my 2001 Honda Civic turns off after a few seconds?

I didn't have a problem with my car until recently. In the past week or so, my car makes this weird growling sound when I start it. Also, it vibrates/shakes sometimes. My check engine light would turn on for a day, then turn off. Now, when I start the car, it only takes a 2-3 seconds before it turns. Whats the problems? How much would it cost to fix it?

*2-3 seconds before it turns off.

Could be a timing problem or a piston knocking against the engines head.
