Default Are Honda Civics worth it?

I just checked the blue book and a 2002 Honda Civic is about $1500 more expensive than a 2002 Ford Focus. Has my policy of buying Honda's and Toyota's been a wise one?

As with any vehicle make, you could end up purchasing a lemon. For whatever it may or may not be worth, I purchased a 2001 Honda Civic back in June of 2001. Today is January 18th and that old 2001 Honda Civic is still in operation. Perhaps, not quite as good as it did when it was brand new, but then, not of us do.

In the past, I have owned a Buick a Chevrolets and a Ford. None of them lasted longer than five years.

yes go with the honda because there going to last you for a really long time but as long as you change the oil and the little basic things you should be okay and plus the parts are really cheap if you every want to change something. I would never go witha ford because theres always something worng with them and one something goes wrong and yyou fix then another thing with mess up so its just a waste of money.

My first car was a 94 honda accord it has 250000 miles and it runs really good. I have had nothing but honda in my life

Well I've owned an 01. Good car but very boring. Its reliable but that's about it. I wanted some luxury so I went German.

Whatever you do, just don't buy an automatic 2001 Civic (2002-2005 are fine).
