are the 2 cyls next to each other? its possible they are trading space. instead of the piston pumping compression,it pumps its area into its neighbor cyl because it has a bad head gasket/warpage.

anyway, even if not run a compression check. all cylinders should be within 10% of your highest reading.

Those years/models of Honda's had problems with the distributor shaft bearing wearing out over time and shaft wobbling which caused oil drawn up the shaft to lubricate the bearing area to get past the internal shaft seal....oil mist inside the cap area would get flung onto the cap terminals or rotor and cause cross-arcing inside the cap...misfiring... or degrade the coil/ignitor. You can pull off the cap and inspect the inside of the cap area for oil deposits /arcing. Replacing the cap and rotor may help for a short time but if the leaking is bad, you'll be best to replace the whole distributor with a rebuilt one...easier than rebuilding the shaft seal and bearing. Check the plug wires as well for cross-arcing near the cap or replace the wires.
