Default i have a 99 honda accord?

I have a 99 Honda Accord it seems that in the last couple of weeks i have to leave it running for a long time other wise when i go to Pres on my brake will get stuck i thought it was because of the weather but it been doing it a lot lately and suggestions thanks

I want to help but I'm afraid I don't really understand your question? If your brakes are sticking you have something ( that never happens) very strange going on and i would get it towed to the local shop,, sorry but from your description i have no answers for you,,

If you mean the brake pedal is going to the floor that will be that you are low on brake fluid or you have a bad brake master cylinder. if the brake pedal is hard than you have a bad brake booster
