Default swapping my 2000 honda civic stock engine for a 2009?

Is it possible what do i need??? Would it even work??? Just want to know

Possible? Yes! Can you do it!? I think not!! It will require a lot of hard work and electronic skills to move the ECU, BCM and make a full swap! You may get it working but not as supposed to be. There are a lot of generations different between 2000 and 2009. You may try something with the same trim/model it may be less hassle!
