Default What blow off valve will fit a 2012 Civic SI?

Hello everyone!

I would like to install a blow off valve into my 2012 civic SI. I want it to be loud enough to hear outside but not so I hear it is as much inside. What could you recommend? How do I know if it fits the car?

Ummm, do you know what a blow off valve is?

In turbocharged cars, people install blow off valves(BOV) so that they can hear the turbo release the boost when shifting gears. It makes that "psst" sound or a small whistle.

With a NA car with no turbo like the Civic Si, the BOV won't do anything at all. They might not even make it for your car since it does not come turbocharged. however, some turbo kits for the Civic Si might include a BOV in the kit.
