Default Car diagnostic problem: What type of fault code reader port do i need to read a 1999

honda civic 1.4i european? model? My port is located in the passangers footwell on the left hand side of the car, i believe its blue.















CIVIC HATCHBACK1.4i S 5dr (ID:19973)















Mileage:70000 (06 January 2013) Date of Registration:06 July 1999 VIN:SHH*******005 Colour:SILVER

That car is too early to be OBD2 compliant so you are unlikely to be able to purchase anything which will be economical enough for even 3 or 4 uses - its a garage job
