Default I need a replacement laser-cut key for a 2003 Honda Odyssey.?

I've heard that Lowe's is able to make a duplicate, although it will only work in the door and not the ignition. That's all I need. Can anyone confirm this?

That's about the situation. The key can be cut almost anywhere but it is a chip key; in order to start the car it has to be programmed into the car by an automotive locksmith or the dealer.
