Default I have a honda civic hatchback DX1989...IS THERE anyway i can put a new tachometer with rpms in it?

It has no rpm meter

Sure you can. Just pick the place you want to mount it and hook it up. They have large dial and small dial along with digital and analog displays. Check out the ones Auto Zone has available.

Get a cluster from a LX that has a tach, plug and play. You can also get an aftermarket and slap it on the dash somewhere but it will look like butt.
