The Civic Si only comes in a Manual Tansmission.

Si stands for Sport Injection.

The differences between the regular Civics w/ auto or manual varies in many ways.

The Si comes with bigger wheels. They are performance tires, and no all seasons.

The seats are more firm and aggressive.

Steering is more stiffer to offer between driver feedback.

It is fitted with a limited slip differential.

And finally, the engine is an entirely different than its non Si counterparts.
