Default 1997 honda accord squealing noise?

my honda has recently been making noises from the driver side rear. it happens randomly some times when im just going, sometimes when im stopping, sometimes when im turning... i was thinking it may be gas tank vent but im not 100% sure. has any1 had this problem or know the solution?

Is it worse under braking? Some brake pads have squealer pins to let you know when they are worn down. They may need replacing.

It's one of the belts. The power steering belt or accessory belt.
