Should just be the engine, engine harness and ecu. Your transmission will bolt directly up. It's a slightly taller final drive ratio then the SI transmission.

Yep, easy swap. Loom, Motor and ECU. Possibly throttle cable but not sure. Your shafts should mate up ok.
