Default My 1994 honda accord will not go above 4000 rpm?

What could it be is ir my ecu or somthing else?

Honda. Accord. Proper names. In English proper names are capitalized. The second sentence is just trashed with symbols I do not recognize. If the car is broke please take it to mechanic for repairs. Simple. No issues. This car is nineteen years old and older that you.

If the Check Engine light is on get the trouble codes read. Some auto parts stores will do that for free.
