Ugh, I hate low n' slow...

Yes you can. Buy some coilovers like ground control, with a decent shock like Koni or something. Then slam it. You need to get a camber kit. Then get some rims/tires 16 inch rims are good with a 205/45/16 tire or a 205/40/16 tire. You will need to roll your fenders. Paint the car to make it look newer. Boom done, But with Honda it is considered Hella flush, not VIP. VIP style is more for Lexas and a few other car makers.

Is it a Sedan or Hatch, just checking.. In my opinion doing a honda civic or atleast attempting to acheive a VIP look. Is stupid only, because you will get a crap ton of haters. It's like trying to make paris hilton in to the terminator. Not going to happen. VIP cars are big, low and slow. A EG civic is supposed to be small and agile. But each to their own. As mentioned below, you will have to paint your car, preferably black. Put on Aluminium Brushed look rims or chrome, with good offset and fitment. Then buy a set of Coilovers and a camber kit, or you can buy Airbags for your car which is a sensible option as you can lift your car to prevent underbody damage at the press of a button or flick of a switch.

The tires mentioned below 205/45/16 tire won't really achieve a VIP look, more a JDM look. The wheel size i'd go for is 167+15 front and 167+10 rear.

Can you turn a EG into a VIP car Yes/NO. Both You can, but it won't have the same result. Buy a accord or one of these cars if you want to
