Default my honda civic 1994 why the gauge and tail lights dont work..?

I need help plizz i dont no why my cars have gauge and tail light off y doest work only the break, reverse and sign light work good, i check the fuse box and is good too anybody who can help me plis thank..

How they look i got red,blue,yellow and green wat is the tail light fuse?

The tail light fuse powers the tail lights and dash lights. It's probably blown even if it doesn't look like it.
