Default Are 5th Generation Honda Preludes reliable in higher mileage?

I am looking to sell my 2004 Automatic V6 Mustang (really gay car) and buy a honda prelude or something with vtec. I am looking at two 99 preludes one with auto trans that has 117000 miles and another that has 72000 miles with manual trans with new clutch. Are either of these cars going to give me trouble? Both have clean titles and original motors. Also, what other v tec cars with stick shift are worth buying that are under 7500 dollars?

The automatic trans was really the only significant problem for the prelude. I would avoid those after 100k. You can also get an RSX or civic si.
