That would a lot depend on what factory installed stereo system was installed at the time of production and if the original owner had custom ordered different features.I do know that most of the newer cd players that are used now a days come with the basics such as a aux in or usb port or both.

According to the search I've done on that model of car etc it shows a cd mp3 factory installed stereo is what they came with and from just looking at the pictures and info there doesn't seem to be any usb or aux in ports. These units their selling are supposedly are original but factory rebuilt systems so if you ask me that's more then likely what your car came with too.Note since there are a few different Honda plants around the world there is always the chance that either they ran out of one model stereo and installed a different one or simply made basically the same DX models but with different stereos etc

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the.way Honda can tell you how to pull up the radio numbers to compare to the info they have on via the vehicles ownership Vin numbers. Then with the model info etc they should be able to direct you to someone or be able to inform you on exactly what features that model has. THe one site that is selling these stereos if it's the same model stereo in you DX then maybe try contacting them to find out what ports it has.If it is only a cd mp3 player then you can make up up some mp3 file cds and listen to them that way.

Here is two links one is my search for the stereo info and the other is a direct link to the stereo they are selling that is listed to be in all the 2006-2009 Honda Civic DX model.

There is not aux on the radio now but this is something you can install , add it to the radio, to turn on press the aux button or CD button twice, this is the Honda Civic auxiliary interface and cable
