Default honda civic 97 central locking problem?

I have a problem with my car's central locking. When you press the remote it works, but no sounds produced even the park light doesn't blink. The first thing comes out to my mind is the RELAY.

Any suggestions?

Since remotes are really sensitive due to the low voltages it uses you really want to make sure that you've a good strong battery in it first off. Also don't use cheap after market batteries bec the voltage of the battery maybe different. From there you may want to reset the whole system that could help the system restore itself back to the factory default settings. For example if you could locate the central locking system fuse and popped it out for a few mins that may reset the system.

Hope that helps and best of luck.
