No

A motorcycle will but your moped is not a motorcycle.

It takes something with something with some horsepower

not foot power to out run a car.

I don't know about a moped vs a civic. But your theory of motorcycles being faster than cars is wrong. They may be faster off the start, but the top speed of a car is generally higher than a bike.

I heard that little boys named Bryan from the UK are complete idiots and believe anything anyone tells them, I also heard they are pathetically endowed and are afraid of women so they ride mopeds around trolling for pedophiles to satisfy there sexual needs, is that true?

a motorcycle is extremely light, so yours should beat the civic 0-60, but after that, he would pull ahead.

One thing you'll learn when you grow up is that most statements that begin "I hard that...." are bollox.

No a moped 125cc or smaller will not beat a car.

A moped is not a motorcycle.
