Default Where to start on civic?

I have a 92 ex. Bone stock. I don't know much about I'm mostly a muscle car guy. But bought it for gas saver/fun car. So I wanna know good brands to buy, things to do to it. Not worried about engine right now. Mostly want performance suspension steering brakes and what not. Decent brands tho no crazy high priced stuff. So let me know good brands and places to start thanks. Please no rude comments.

If you want decent you are going to have to pony up. Most Honda people will recommend Koni yellow shock and ground control coilovers(they come with eibach springs which are good) you can also order a custom spring rate free of change. For steering( I assume you mean steering wheel) just go for a sparco or momo. For brakes, you are fine right now unless you just want to run some steel braided brake lines. Get bigger brakes if you ever go turbo, or high comp N/A, other wise save your money. Next if you do want to work on the engine, get Hondata(A tuneable ECU, look into it) then do the basic mods, intake( I prefer injen or just custom piping and a good dry flow filter, it's honestly all the same) a DC sport header(try to stay in the 4-2-1, not 4-1) but it also depends where you want your power, but for Honda's 4-2-1 headers always seem to work better. Then get a exhaust, don't go over 2.5 inches or it will start to sound ricey. Any brand for exhaust works just find one you like. Hope I helped with your question now and any future questions.

AEM, Skunk2, PasswordJDM, TEIN. Just a few brand names that you should check out.
