Default my d4 light flashes on my 95 Honda accord?

My car pulls and stalls,d4 light flashes,spedometor goes crazy...I was told a sensor was going bad but idunno..and how much is it to fix...thankyou

That is how the warning system tells you there is an electrical problem in the transmission system. You are in fail safe mode which means you only have 3rd and reverse gears. Take it to a Honda dealer so they can scan it with their factory scan tool and diagnose the problem. Chances are if you go to a transmission shop they will sell you a rebuilt tranny rather than replace a sensor or solenoid if that's all that is wrong with the car.
