Default 1999 Honda Civic coolant leak continued?

At top of radiator behind black spung strip at top hose.Waterpump and belts have replaced last month. Fans not coming on. All fuses and hoses okay, all connector wiring clips not burned. Opinions???

Best thing u can do is go get a coolant pressure test done ASAP! If your fans aren't coming on that can cause your motor to over heat. The pressure test will tell u exactly where the leak is and u need to replace that part, so it stops leaking. If u leave it leaking you will eventually have a blown head gasket
