Default Honda s2k Second car?

Hey all. Before I start, i just want to thank you for hearing me out. Okay so I'm 17 and I have at least a year and a half (if not more) of driving experience. Before I bought my first car (03' Toyota Tacoma), My dad wanted to buy me a very expensive, fast car. But I felt uneasy about it because i disli.. I hate being spoiled. So I suggested buying an old truck and working for my own money so I could buy the car that I've wanted which I obviously decided which already. Eventually, I've managed to reach the amount I needed. I believe I am more mature and responsible than I was the first day I bought my car. Maintenance won't be a problem since I'm a mechanic nor will insurance because I can definitely afford it. I wish to not be subjected to those stereotypes of a 17 yr old driving recklessly because I am well aware of the consequences of driving like an idiot. So my question.. Is buying a honda s2k, a high-performance sports car, as my second car a bad choice? Should I go for it? Thanks for your time.

Dumb question, do you want an S2000? Yes. Can you afford it? Yes. Not seeing how this flow chart leads to not getting it.
