Not if both are stock. The top speed of the Suzy is only about 90 mph with a light rider. The Honda will hit speeds over 100 mph. It does have an extra 300cc after all.

Not hardley if both bikes are stock

The 1988 Suzuki GS450 made only 44 horsepower.

The 1983 Honda Magna 750 made 80 horsepower.

The Suzuki is significantly lighter, but not enough to make up for the horsepower advantage of the Honda.
