Default it's my 94 civic having throttle body problems i took it out and clean it already but

samethings happening? okay here's a video i recorded of the problem the car its a 94 civic with 95 1.8 gsr double cam engine and gsr 5spd tranny

It is either the IACV or a vacuum leak. Clean the IAVC first.(there are many how-tos)
