Default My1995 Honda Civic running 40Kmp same speed with other car like KIA running 70Kmph, Is my ODO...

...meter deffective? If a drive a speed limit of 25-30Kmph inside the Campus it's like running 50Kmp. Is the ODO meter deffective?

Odometers don't measure speed.

well as it is a 1995, its meter calibration must be out, have t calibrated and the problem will be solved
