Default Rebuilt B16 fresh from shop wont hold an idle all the sudden?

Just got my engine back from the shop from a complete rebuild. I know everything was done top notch at the shop as i was allowed to follow in the shop every step of the way. I got the engine back in and had a few issues. First is my VSS (speed sensor) is not working so no speedometer. and also my coolant/water temperature sensor has a broken wire on the harness clip. So instant code for the CTS and eventually i get a VSS code thrown. Now I am running rich because of upgraded injectors, i plugged the new flow rate and fuel pressure into the Hondata s300 and got the dead times exactly from RC engineering. I was able to drive it home and it runs nice in the mid-high rpms, however if i push the throttle in quickly it bogs then catches back up. . no matter what gear, rpm range, etc. Also while driving home, it would randomly cut out as if i had turned off the power completely while at a steady speed. Then 1-2 seconds later everything came back and i would have full control. I cant tell you if all power was lost as i had radio off making sure to pay attention to my engine. I got it home and went to start it today and it wont hold an idle. I have to give it gas and keep the pedal in to keep it running. If i let it drop it doesn't even try to idle, it just drops till it stalls. Vacuum lines all seem to be fine, cant find any leaks. MAP sensor works. What is going on? I will be getting a DynoTune asap but right now i cant even get it to sustain an idle to drive. I have loaded my previous dyno tune, a couple community tunes i found, even a stock tune for the b16 that hasn't been touched and nothing will idle. I'm charging my battery right now as it has sat a while. I'm at a loss as what happened from driving it home and now.

Engine Build/Machinist was a different than the person that pulled and put my engine back in. I'm pretty mad at the guy actually cause i paid next to top dollar and got a very poor job in my opinion. I am checking all sensors. and so far the only one that is obviously his fault is the CTS, however i still cant seem to get my VSS working but the wiring and everything looks good. Either way, the first answer was of no help at all on what OTHER problems might be causing this.

Obviously, everything isnt top notch with broken wires, n speed sensor, etc.

I'd look over your warranty and not do anything more like tuning it to the engine that might give the shop an excuse to deny you.

Your running too rich. Wen the coolant sensor is bad it makes the injectors run at Max since the ecu thinks its cold. And with bigger injectors your just flooding the engine. Also check TPS and IAC
