Default Is my car considered a "ricer"?

It is a silver 2003 Honda accord coupe v6 6 speed manual

With Cai, stock exhaust, j pipe, and a short shifter.

It's lowered an inch with Tein basic coilovers. 20% tint, black vinyl roof, black side mirrors, black housing headlights, amber fog lights, and a Honda factory front lip.

I would like to think that my car isn't rice but given that I live in Chicago with import cars given a bad scene because I the vast majority of riced out civics and older accords. Given the details of my car, is it considered rice?

(there isn't much aftermarket background for these engines so I started modifying the exterior)

I don't think so. Its considered rice if it has " taco headlights" a 5 inch 20 dollar muffler and a big useless spoiler. Thank you for not being rice

I say so. What if I did all that to my 1991 Oldsmobile 88, its front wheel drive and has a v6, I'm cool too right? I see it as a wonderful way to throw away money.

Dont worry about what other people think. A car is a car. and you should customize is however will make you happy. just please. no decals, ugly body kits, or a huge spoiler. not cool

Based on what you said your car isnt rice at all, because most of those are what people normally put to make their cars look nice to begin with. Rice on the other hand is this... a complete stock car with shitty pain job, big ass exhaust (usually just welded on) not even the axle back or piping... Ghetto black altezza tail lights ugly head lights big body kits... big spoiler.... lowered on cut springs (which is bad). Boost gauges when they actually have none... stickers of brands they dont even have its ok to have a few for humor and etc. But overall your car is not rice.
