Default 1995 Honda accord front shocks make noise only in the rain?

Only makes the noise when it's Wet, is it need to be oiled or something?

well as your car is 17 years old, the rubber rubs with some rusty parts producing noise. you can spray Wd-40 on the upper end that worked on my 1999 civic, as wd-40 drives out the moisture and also lubricates and smoothens rusted parts
