Default HONDA CRF-150, need Help!?

So I just bought my bike today. The people we bought it from kept it in the garage for about a year, so it has less than 20hrs on it. The bike had no fuel in it, so we took off the seat and sprayed something in the filter area so it can help it start. It ran and sounded great, now the problem is when I got home I put fuel in the bike and now I can't get it started. My dad and I are just sitting here looking @ what might be the problem, but can't seem to find out why it's not starting. Please can someone help us @ what might be the problem or what we should/need to check. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a BUNCH, to whom ever writes back.

P.s. The bike is a kick-start.

A bike needs spark, compression and a good fuel air mix to run, one of those is missing. If your spark is strong and compression is good it is probably an issue with the carb. The jets like to get clogged on bikes and all you have to do to clean them is take the float off, pull out the pilot jet and stick a strand from a brake wire through it. Then you should clean the whole thing out with with carb cleaner while it is apart. If it doesn't run after that then you may have a tuning issue.

I'm not trying to be a jerk but I hope you learn from this that you don't want to buy a bike that needs starter fluid or other sketchy starting methods unless you are willing to take on a project.
