Default What type of suspension system in is in a Honda CRV?

im looking to buy a 1997 CRV for a commuter car (13mpg on my landcruiser is not helping my wallet) however, i plan to lower it 2 inches and im not sure what type of suspenion is on it, its the 2 wheel drive version and i dont know if it has coils or if it is running a macpherson strut. also what is a good company to buy lowing springs/struts from? i know of eibach and billstein. thank u for your help!
