Question 2005 Pilot intermittently not starting

2005 Pilot will not start. Replaced battery and when key turned to start it does not engage starter. The lights and other electrical work fine and do not dim. Dealer has been unable to find issue. They thought new battery was bad. Car started and drove 20 minutes to have verified. Turned car off, started to check system..all checked ok. Turned car off and tried to start again, would not turn over...perplexed!!
