Default I have a Honda Odyssey 2003. My battery died and now my stereo won't work.?

I have the code number needed to start the stereo yet it won't let me enter it. It keeps displaying Err E. I can't type in any numbers. Plz help if you know what to do!

Btw I already have the code, its just I can't seem to enter it into the car. Thanks!

First enter the first number. Then it will beep and say "Err"

Next REENTER the FIRST number followed by the rest of the numbers in the code. It will spell out c-o-d-e then when the last number is entered, the radio should turn on. let me know if it works.

You may need to reset the stereo it has two fuses you want the fuse that feeds the stereo it's constant 12 volt feed it's for the clock and memory circuit.Once this fuse is disconnected for 10-20 mins the stereo will reset itself to the original factory default settings, this should allow you to enter the security code.

Hope that helps and best of luck.
