Default Car Heater for Honda CRV 2000?

I have a 00 Honda CRV. The heater is not heating properly. The AC works fine.

Any help will be appreciated (The temp goes below -20 d. Celcius here)!

First make sure the level is full in the rad and to proper level in the overflow container, WHEN EVERYTHING IS COOL. If this is good then I would install a new thermostat and gasket, these get worn and start to open too soon not allowing coolant to get hot enough in the winter, regardless what the temp gauge is showing you in the dash.
