Sorry buddy, $800 USD is worth nothing, just the ECU tune and dyno is going to be around that, think on $4000 USD and more for a decent setup.

You can use a car performance simulator to virtually turbo your b18 and see how it would perform, try at http://www.nxgtrsim.com

You can do 1 of 2 things

A) Save your money and stack up a little bit more funds in the bank/shoe box and turbo your car the right way with a well built kit. As far as tuning and ecu goes, I would say use Chrome(It's free.99) and get your tuner to chip your ecu (should run around 75-100 bucks) and maybe a street tune would run you around $250 depending on what area you are in. A basic dyno tune would run in the vicinity of 400-600. Don't buy ebay junk man. You will waste your money. Going Cheap will have your car broken down before you know it. OR

B) Get basic bolt ons and have fun for now. Intake, Header, and Exhaust and go get a street tune. For 800-1000 you could also look into buying a b16 or b18 vtec head, oil sanwhich kit and going ls/vtec.
