Default I'm buying a Vtec Honda Civic frontcut. How do i convert my non-Vtec Civic to Vtec?

I am buying a 1994 EG Vtec Honda Civic frontcut which is complete with gearbox and everything onwards from that. How do i convert my non Vtec 1994 Civic to Vtec using parts from this frontcut? are there any other parts that i may need?
