Default Power from my Honda Accord?

Hello all, i wanted to know whats the most power (bhp) i can get out of my engine without going in to the thousands(), its a 2004 2.4 i-vtec automatic k24a engine with 65k miles on it. Thanks

I would say 200hp tops. Thats with full bolt ons.
