Default I have,a1990 Honda Accord and it wont pass smog because of the Fuel Evaporative Controls...

...Functional how can i ?

Well i really dont know how but i do know you can always find a dude to pass the smog the :crooked way"















some places will pass you if you pay them off















other then that i really dont know
