Default how do you get a type r grill on a 02 Honda Civic ep1?

I have a 02 Ep1 civic and i want to take of the standard grill and put on the type R one. The grill on the civics from 01 to 03 seem to be part of the bumper and i can't figure out how to get it off.

i think its all on deal. You could heat up the adhesive and pull it off the glue the new one in, Dont think its held by screws
