Default Squealing coming from front passenger tire

I have a 95 honda accord EX. Most of the time when I hit a medium sized bump a squeal from the front passenger side starts until I come to a complete stop. Then it stops for a couple of minutes and starts up again. The alignment is off and pulls to the right decently hard but NOT when I stop. What could be causing this?
