Default what is a normal for a 2001 honda civic?

there is a guy selling me on for 3300 but idk i think is a cheap price. it makes me think it has problems what do u think? is it a normal price or something could be wrong? it has a lil bent minor bent manual

Probably got issues or a rebuilt title? Check the millage and see if he raced the crap out of it. 3300 might be right for a older civic but probably not this year. also try KBB.com or edmunds.com
