Default I recently bought a 95 honda. ?

Gots headers an performance exhaust. It's actually a bit to loud for the cops around my area. So what I wanna do is get it just a little quiter as the rpm climbs when I shift. I like the sound but just wanna bring it down some. What can I get new for it. Muffler. New whole exhaust. A tip or what. An keeping the rpm down don't help the loudness when I shift.

Just change the exhaust, which is pretty much the end of the pipe
