Default Honda Civic Side mirror detached a bit? Help?

Someone hit my side mirror but it is minor. This has happened before and the whole mirror fell of but this time it is still attached (the rope connecting it is still attached) but it can be yanked off now. Is there any low-cost way of fixing this?

You'll need some tools, basic knowledge of door construction and a trip to the "bone yard" to get an old mirror from a junk car. That's the cheapest way.

Any other way and you'll have to pay someone for their time to fix your car.
