Default 1993 Honda Civic Ex Type R Bumper Lip. What product?

I just purchased it and i want to treat it before installation, I do not want it painted, i want a dark not shinny look, scratch, weather resistant, almost like black rubber, kind of like a smooth brush-on truck bed liner What product should i used? The bumper is made of PU.
