Default Nissan altima coupe or honda crz?

I am planning on getting a new car and i came down to these two cars, the 2012 Honda CRZ and the 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe. they are both around $19,000. But the CRZ is brand new and has basically 0 miles on it, and the Altima has 18,000 miles. i made a list of the good and bads, and i still cant choose which car i should get.

Honda CR-Z $~19,000

2012/lessthan100miles/color:black

35MPGcity

Good:

Its brand new

keyless entry

its a unique different car, that you barely ever see around

it has great gas mileage

can change from sport mode and econ mode

interior buttons are nicely placed

interior lights look nice

BAD:

sits only 2 people

it has only about 122 horsepower(or something around that)

there is barely enough head room

rear windows split into 2 and the beam that splits the rear window is annoying

Nissan Altima$~19,000

2008/18,000+miles/color:grey

23MPGcity

Good:

keyless entry

keyless engine start

aftermarket spoiler/rims

tinted windows

sits 5 people

interior buttons are easy to acess

it has 180horsepower(or something like that)

BAD:

used car

i heard it is a gas guzzler

everyone has a altima where im from

its a boring grey color

If they are basically the same price, I would choose the brand new Honda. However, if you do have plans for starting a family in the near future, don't buy the Honda.

I think you should go for the Honda. But if your looking for more room or sportier go for the Honda Civic. I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla S (same class as the civic) which I got it for $19,000. As for the nissan, don't get the used one. Used cars always have something wrong with them.

If you are looking for looks and posh interiors then CRZ is probably the best choice in the segment. But the on road performance of the vehicle has not been the best. Nissan Altima definitely performs better on road.
