Default 1995 Honda Accord Trying to replace a timing belt can't take out harmonic?

I have 1995 Honda Accord and im trying to replace a timing belt, but im trying to take out a harmonic bolt and ive tried using WD40. Im also wondering which way i have to turn to take out a harmonic Bolt is it clockwise or counter clockwise?

if you dont have the special tool , try to fix the flywheel .this file may help
