I need to change my stock ecu for a new/used ecu. Do i have to reprogram it or will it work just fine with my car?

You'll need to swap the PROM chip from your old ECU to your new one for sure. And, if your Honda is equipped with an anti-theft system much like Fords PATS system, then you might need to get your keys recoded at the dealer.

yes.. you actually need to take it to the dealer to be programmed or it won't start, the immobilizer system will lock it out.
