Default im goin to buy a 99 honda civic si em1 but the car has no ac/ps?

can someone tell me if im right does ps stand for 'power steering' im not sure but i dont want the car for racing i just want to fix it up can you guys please give me advice on what should i do should i put only the ps back into the car and around how much it would be........and about the ac i dont really care about it....but what should i do just the ps? or both ac/ps? THANKS!

well this is the cars info: this is what i know about it so far

99 clean title em1

-B18b(50k) with type r tranny (50k) chiped (po6)and tuned on crome with a 2 step at 3200 rpm redline is at 7500 rpm. The cars fast and has a lot of torque.

- has fog

- 8k hids

-mugen lip

-dropped on good suspension (not bouncy its stiff)

-datum1 black tow hook

-slip stream with Honda center caps

-wink mirror

-straight pipe with a es tuning muffler(super rare muffler.they are discontinued)

-black hood

-no ac/ps

-short shifter

it depends on what the owner had done to the car

like he/she just didnt hook up couple stuff thats missing or did he/she changed the whole steering pinion rack to a manual one

These are not heavy cars and when moving you'll hardly notice the lack of p/s. Your car will be more economical without it being lighter and not having the ps pump sapping engine power.

i love these model Si's. those and the 06-11 Si. it will be a great car. onlky thing that worries me, is if they did enough modding to need to remove the AC and PS, whatss all been done to the car. just make sure the car hasnt been murdered out.
