Default 1997 honda prelude, running lights?

The daytime running lights do not work in my Prelude nor do the high beams, any suggestions?

Running lights? do you mean parking lights? Preludes don't have running lights (at least here in the US; not sure in other countries). Anyway, you should first try replacing your bulbs. High beams are not usually used frequently therefore the necessity to replace burned out bulbs is less common, but that is where I would definitely start. If that doesn't work check the fuse, otherwise take it in.
